Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Archery Score Tracker ("the App"), developed and operated by IlmLabs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which constitute an end-user licence agreement ("EULA") between you and IlmLabs. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

This EULA supplements the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this EULA and Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's terms shall prevail.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
  • One account per person.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Archery Score Tracker only for its intended purpose: logging, reviewing, and analysing archery training. You must not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Distribute malware or otherwise interfere with the App's operation
  • Abuse the service, including submitting false data to manipulate leaderboards or progress metrics
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the App
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

We may enforce daily XP caps, session limits, and other anti-abuse measures to maintain fairness.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by IlmLabs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the training data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service to you.

Your licence to use the App is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.

5. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Payments

Archery Score Tracker offers both free and paid subscription plans. Core training features — including session logging, score entry, basic analysis, and review — are available at no cost.

5.1 Pro Subscription Plans

The App offers an optional "Archery Score Tracker Pro" subscription that unlocks additional features, including:

  • Extended stats timeframes (3-month, 6-month, and all-time views)
  • Unlimited bows (free tier limited to 1 bow)
  • Unlimited saved round configurations (free tier limited to 3)
  • Expanded coaching features (unlimited students and coach links)

The following subscription plans are available:

  • Pro Monthly: £6.99 per month
  • Pro Annual: £69.99 per year

Prices are in British Pounds (GBP). Actual pricing in your local currency may vary based on your App Store region and applicable exchange rates.

5.2 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period of 7 days for new subscribers. The free trial gives you full access to all Pro features. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the standard rate for the plan you selected. You will not be charged during the free trial period, but payment will be taken at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions are auto-renewing. This means your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate as your current plan.

5.4 Billing and Payment

  • Payment is processed through Apple's App Store and charged to your Apple ID account.
  • Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period if applicable.
  • You can verify your subscription and payment details through your Apple ID account settings.

5.5 Managing and Cancelling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Archery Score Tracker Pro
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refund is provided for the unused portion of a billing period.

5.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we change the price, we will notify you in advance through the App or via email. Any price change will take effect at the start of the next billing period following the notice. Your continued subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

5.7 Refunds

All subscription payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Apple's App Store refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Apple Terms and Third-Party Beneficiaries

The App is licensed to you, not sold. This licence is granted by IlmLabs, not by Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

  • Maintenance and support: IlmLabs is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services.
  • Warranty: IlmLabs is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. In the event of a failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
  • Product claims: IlmLabs, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
  • Intellectual property: In the event of a third-party claim that the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, IlmLabs, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
  • Third-party beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a UK or US Government embargo, or that has been designated as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any UK or US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

7. Service Availability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or uptime, but will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Archery Score Tracker is a training journal and analysis tool. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or safety guidance. You are solely responsible for training decisions made based on data in the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IlmLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.

9. Disclaimers

  • We do not warrant the accuracy of scoring, analytics, or insights generated by the App.
  • The App is not a substitute for qualified archery coaching or instruction.
  • You should verify training data and scores independently where accuracy is critical (e.g. competition records).

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App. Upon deletion, your data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before doing so, except where immediate action is required.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID settings as described in Section 5.5 above.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We encourage you to contact us to resolve any dispute informally before initiating legal proceedings.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
