Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Archery Score Tracker ("the App"), operated by IlmLabs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
  • One account per person.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Archery Score Tracker only for its intended purpose: logging, reviewing, and analysing archery training. You must not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Distribute malware or otherwise interfere with the App's operation
  • Abuse the service, including submitting false data to manipulate leaderboards or progress metrics
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the App
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

We may enforce daily XP caps, session limits, and other anti-abuse measures to maintain fairness.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by IlmLabs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the training data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service to you.

Your licence to use the App is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Core training logging, analysis, and review features are available for free. We may offer a paid subscription ("Pro") in the future that provides additional analytics and coaching features.

  • Subscriptions, if offered, are processed through Apple's App Store via StoreKit.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's App Store refund policies.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Service Availability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or uptime, but will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Archery Score Tracker is a training journal and analysis tool. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or safety guidance. You are solely responsible for training decisions made based on data in the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IlmLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.

8. Disclaimers

  • We do not warrant the accuracy of scoring, analytics, or insights generated by the App.
  • The App is not a substitute for qualified archery coaching or instruction.
  • You should verify training data and scores independently where accuracy is critical (e.g. competition records).

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App. Upon deletion, your data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before doing so, except where immediate action is required.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We encourage you to contact us to resolve any dispute informally before initiating legal proceedings.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
